Clearly ACT Fibernet should NOT be in any business. Their business model is not based on customer satisfaction or providing any value.
They are in the business of ripping off customers with their lousy “smart fiber” service. Any scrap shop can also call itself “smart” these days as it doesn’t mean anything.
They provide bandaid solution to something like internet. It is like you decide to buy a cake baked by municipal garbage picker and somehow decided to try eating that cake. It’s like they pull random lazy guys that roam the city and give them a bamboo ladder and ask them to string their “smart” fiber any which way they like and voila!! Their “smart fiber” solution was born. And as far as you? Well, you have that smelly cake! What were you looking for?
