I have been using ACT Fibernet for the past 3 years. Though there have been a few issues, their service is good and satisfactory.
The installation process was simple and hassle-free. We had to fill up a form, that's all. The next day, the ACT representative arrived and finished the installation process the same day itself. So far, the speed and internet connectivity is really good.
ACT offers many plans, from a minimum of 40 GB data/month to 350 GB/month. Speed varies from 30 Mbps to 150 Mbps( Retail plans). I have taken ACT Blaze plan, which offers me 100 GB/month download at a speed of 75 Mbps.
You can choose any plan according to your needs.
As far as connectivity issues are concerned, I have faced a few issues of slow speed sometimes. But on contacting the customer care, they solve it within 2 days maximum. But the issues are very rare and not frequent. Connections were affected a lot during Cyclone Vardah that hit the city in 2016. But they repaired it soon and even offered us compensation of 200 GB. The net connections are really good and quick.
Their Customer care is very good and have solved the issues soon. Their staff and representatives are also courteous and they visit our homes if the issue does not get solved easily and repair it at free of cost.
Prices are nominal and worth it. ACT is a lot better than my previous internet connection provider. Recommend it to all.
