I had given a change of account request on 11th of July and it is still pending. I have been calling the customer service for the past 5 days with no response. I'm constantly being asked to wait for 24 hours. I was promised that today the executive will come to change the router between 3-4 pm and there's no sign of anyone coming. I have already called twice and received same excuses. Your executives are so prompt to take our money and so slow to process the requests or resolve complaints. It is a shame that I have to write to so many people for such a simple thing, shows how incompetent the customer service is at Act Corp.
This is highly unprofessional and shameful behaviour! How are you managing to survive or function at all is beyond me! Have you seen how many of your customers are bothered and the kind of reviews you have been receiving? Have you checked your social media pages for the complaints? After I went through your social media pages I found that I'm not the only unfortunate customer, there are so many! Yet, no action is being taken by you. You don't care about your customers, your own responsibility or reputation. What kind of operators you have who don't even record the customer's feedback and escalation requests? Same stupid questions are asked again and again. You have no respect or regard for your customers. You have just trained your staff to apologise, stall customers and give excuses.

I have had enough of this drama of 13 days, you can't process a simple change of account request. I would have gotten a new connection from a better service provider by now and that is what I will have to do.
I'm filing a case in consumer court, kindly refund my money and put an end to this sick joke you call service. I had clearly mentioned in my post on your facebook, twitter and even told your executive that if they don't resolve this I will take action. But it seems everyone in Act Corp is too busy or thick-skinned to do anything seriously.
I hope someone at Act Corp realises how unprofessional, unethical and disgracefully your customers are being treated before you have to shut shop.
