I have a connection for 6 months. The first time I have taken a connection, they were so good. They sent the invoice and followed up for payment but weren't irritating.
the second time, they wanted money in <48 hours. Since, I had the money, I paid then and raised a concern regarding the very short notice for payment. I never received a proper reply.
then again it was the same. They don't give time to manage our payments.
If you call the customer care, the people won't understand your problem. The just need money and nothing else.
Just don't go for ACT if you have other service providers in your area.
