I am an ACT Fibernet customer since 2012. Currently their connectivity has been terrible. Since 29th of February 2020. I have connectivity issues almost every single day. I have to raise complain tickets every alternate day or reopen the previous ticket raised. It has been very frustrating especially since I am on the Annual plan and they have taken the money and not providing the service. Everyday someone will call and say it is fixed and few minutes or hours later the connectivity goes again. Today, the Service engineer named (Erappen) calls and says it's fixed and battery of the box has been replaced but, I still have no connection. I asked to escalate the issue and speak to his supervisor and, that is another Joker called Prashant who refuses to pick up the call saying he is talking to his manager on another call... It's been more than an hour now, neither has this so called Supervisor - Prashant called, and nor has my connectivity been restored. I rely on my airtel mobile data for even sending out this message... ACT Fibernet has dropped standards and has pathetic customer service as well. Will never recommend it to anyone else... This is the kind of treatment that a customer since 2012 gets then, one can only imagine how new customers will be treated.
