I have to raise complaint since 18th April 2021 issue with slow speed & buffering while live cricket match till 30 lacs views it's fine after 35 lacs its starts buffering I was using 50mbps speed then I called to customer care to resolve the issue, then he suggested me to go for blaze pack which has 75 Mbps then I agreed went for blaze again the same problem started I again raised complaint 2nd time with hoping they will solve my issue then I got call from back end team instead of visiting my place then he ask me to reset & ask me to switch off the router for 20 seconds every day then he closed my ticket without my concern.
I did that same as he said again same problem facing, then again I have open ticket 3rd time again some Technician called me ask problem them I have again explain him complete story then he said will get back, then he didn't get back for 24 hours after that he called me saying that there was issue in server so nt everything will fine u can check if any problem plz call me I immediately checked but the same problem
I again called that person his name is raghu he said will get back in 2 mins then he closed my ticket again I have raised my ticket for 4th time nw it's already 13 day over where I'm facing problem then I have call customer care & blast them for what they did then next day I got call from technical support some female the way she lessening my issue deeply I was like atleast nw my issue will get sorted but I was wrong again I got call from technician name ganesh he visited my place checked issue even he couldn't find then I told him issue start in nite after 9 every day then he asked me to record the issue send him on his whatapp no I did same as he told then next I'm seeing my ticket is been closed again 4th time the again I opened 5th time I got call after a 24 hour opening my ticket with same person raghu I had saved his no the way he was acting as if he is calling me first time then I told him dnt be smart I have saved ur no then he said will get back again without resolved they closed my ticket
now again I open a new ticket for 6th time in 15 days. Very worst service from act broadband never would like to suggest anyone
