Hi Team,


I had a very very worst experiance with ACT fiber net . I would like to share with you atleast I expect some action will be taken.


I raised to request on Oct 19 2016 to disconnect my Act connection temporarily as I am going out of India. They disconnected . Now I came back in July 2017 and I have asked for a re-connection. They


told that I need to pay 1456RS as part of December 2016 Bill. I raised a complaint for the waive-off as it is wrongly billed(I was not in India and also raised a complaint for disconnection).


I raised complinat in July End. They did not send me atleast ticket number for that and no action was taken until Aug 8. I raised again a complaint on AUg 8 and I got some reference number for that


Till now nobody has called me and no action was taken, Every day I need to call customer care repeat the same story and I get only one response saying we will solve in 24 hrs.


How many hours you need to solve a problem. Is it 24 hours or 24 years you need to solve I do not understand.


Initial days ACt people has come to my house and requested for connection. Now as the customers are increased an due to lot of business they are behaving like this,


I see lot of complaints on FB and other review areas. I hope no action is been taken for anything.


ACT people just relaxing themselves by thinking if one customer goes out nothing will happen to them.


No company can stand for long time in market without customer satisfaction. I saw lot of complaints in many areas.


I want my issue to be solved and arrange a re-connection Or else please inform us we will not solve your problem then we will check for alternative.


Please do not play with customers like this, I am really disappointed with your service and I will never refer this company to anybody.rather I do my own pubilicity to my circle to not to go for ACT


Even they have escalated my complaint twice, No use,


I am just sending this for my self satisfaction. I am aware that even if I post this No Action will be taken, Because ACT has lot of customers. what happens if I am out of ACT.


Note: Now they have blocked my number . SO when I call them atleast it will not get connected to call them as well
