Never go for the service offered from Jagadish Tours and Travels. They have a very bad service. Me and my husband opted for a honey moon package to Manali, Dharmshala and Dhalhousie. Firstly they did not provide any kind of information about the place.
Secondly the kind of rooms booked was very bad, when they were questioned on this, the reply was" Sir we had shown the picture of the room then only booked it for you" and "it is not our fault". Being a travel agent it is their duty to check the best of the hotels and check it before they give the customer.
Hospitality was really lacking. The bus which was booked from Delhi to Manali started late about 3 hrs when asked the agent she says its the mistake of the Volvo bus not their mistake. Please never go to Jagadish Tours and Travels. a sincere advice.
The driver provided by them, was dying to take us to places he was saying one thing " yaha pe kya hai maem"
Dropped us back to airport 3 hrs prior to our flight. Even as we said to take us around. never go for this service . Bad pathetic or to say it was worst.
