1.This product is easy to use with a keyboard having widely spaced keys making typing fast and easy.The downside here is that if you have kids at your home, it is susceptible to be damaged by them as the keys are not embedded.
- Acer provides good value for money in this particular product for an average user as the hardware is top notch with ample amount of RAM available.So, an average user won't find much lag while dealing with day to day tasks.Gamers would find it lacking though.It won't be able to handle high end games at all as it has no dedicated graphics memory and the graphics card is also not top notch.
3.As far as quality is concerned, it could be better in terms of a better combination of colours to make it more attractive to look at.It does your average jobs like heavy word processing, internet browsing, video and audio play very well.Here, only when playing FullHD videos, some lag may be found

4 Acer Services support is found throughout India.So, there won't be any problems on that count.
My advice would be, average user go for it, Gamers and heavy users, stay away.
