I am using this machine since August, 2017.
Acer Aspire E5-575(UN.GE6SI.002) Laptop(Core i5 7th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Linux) laptop has a display for your daily needs. This laptop is powered by processor, coupled with 4 GB GB of RAM and has 1 TB HDD storage at this price point.
all the things are good but its not the best in this price range. I mean its really very heavy to carry, even the carrying bag I've got with it got defected from its handle after 2 and half months from the buying date.
I will not recommend anyone to buy this product.
Not only that when coming in the product's performance, its lag after a constant use of 3-4 hours. thats why I cant say that its a user friendly device.
on the ground of reliability & satisfaction I will give it 2/5 as I am not satisfied wid it.
That also not a value for money product.
I don't have any idea about service and support because I have not still used it,
