Accenture is very good company .the revenue is in billion its come among the top of the company but interview process is very bad.But from last year they are putting their reputation down because of bad interview process .now every job seeker like go to Accenture even if you don't know anything.
Because they are talking candidates blindely .they just sked to introduce yourself and select the candidate .they should improve this.
Work life balance is good and they do reward people who do good work .people are very friendly and helpful.
potential opportunities, good carrier growth and scope to learn .supportive architecture.
promotion structure is not that much great, can be shaky at times.
