My brother joined Accenture BPO services and he chose Accenture because of it' brand. Initially he was really happy with the company though, after couple of months everything seems to be opposite. After having a word with my brother I got to know that because of recession the company has increased working hours from 9 hours login to 10 hours. So, in total 10 hours+ 2 hours to reach office+ 2 hours to reach home= 14 hours. Oh! my God this is serious though, my brother continued assuming that the company might change the working hours from 10-9 hours once, the recession is in control.
For our surprise though, we do not hear about recession anymore in India but the login hours continued to 10 Hours! So Accenture do you have same login hours in other developed countries? Why is that they forget to decrease the working hours? So employees rights have been ignored here.
