I want to highlight one of many problem that a cheater company like ABC Broadband has.
To all those who are contemplating to subscribe to ABC Broadband, my simple advice to them would be go their website and find out the Call Center Number, see if you can get through the guys from the techical dept. Because these would be guys troubleshooting it. This number would always be busy, which is the first indication of the after sales service of this service provider.
I have personally been to their office. It has no name plate on the building or in the flat from which they operate, it looks like an adda for illegal activities.
The nightmare with this service provider would start after a month of using their services. The services would go down after a month, either the speed is reduced or the service is cut off totally. They do not have people in their office to resolve your issues. The office I visited had only 5 people working. I saw it my own eyes that they never pick calls from customers.
I had requested for disconnection. It has been 6 months and I keep getting bills from them, have people from their office visiting my house and threatening me and my family members. They keep giving me disconnection "Request-Ids" after request-ids but always keep my connection status active in their database. This is a deliberate ploy to illicit money from people like us. This is their main business and not Internet Services.
Also please try the phone number of the Nodal Officers they mention on their website. That phone is always busy or you will get not in use message. I have tried calling on that number early morning, late night, after noon - normal day timings, but could never get through. Use the tips I am mentioning in this blog carefully. See and analysis for urself if you wish to use such pathetic services. I am suffering Hope you all won't.
