For almost a month I have been getting a very poor and frequently (everyday) disconnecting internet connection and also after logging multiple complaints I haven't got a permanent solution. I haven’t been able to use my internet hassle-free for almost a month now.
This has affect me significantly as I do lots of transactions online. I have been a regular “before time” bill payer for years now, but it seems all that doesn’t matter, you don’t have any single SPOC and your representative keep on changing so there is no accountability. Please advice should I go for disconnection or is there a way to provide a solution to one of a very long relationship customer
