Hi friends today I am going to share my experience about Aarthi scan in west tambaram. One time I went to Aarthi scans it is a poor scan center I have ever seen. Untrained technicians are likely to wait customers for more time without reasonable reason.
No proper response in reception when we ask any doubts.
No proper prior preparation of the test,
No time delivery report. They took more time to deliver the reports after the scan.
Money minded people. In reception, they do not let u know the time untill they took the payment from customers after receiving the payment they do not respond for our delays. The very poor staff service I ever seen.
They give more importance to the persons who is coming costly checkups like MRI scans rather than other test. Totally, money minded scan center. So, I am don't recommend this scan center to others. Thank you.
