At this project ("Aakriti Miro" by Aakriti housing aka Aakriti Constructions and Developers Private Limited) of high rise apartment of G+14 floors in Block-A,


CRM Team don't respond to my emails even after several reminders.


They missed the block A handover timelines many times and still not sure when they can deliver the project.


1. There is no seperate service lift (bigger lift to carry bigger goods like say dismantled cot, etc..)


2. Existing lifts 1 & 2 can carry maximum of 6 members or so only.


3. No proper finishing works inside the flats.


4. The builder could not say when exactly Block-A, clubhouse, amenities are available in a liveable condition even after these many years of Block-A launch. False delivery dates.


So please think twice/thrice/.. before choosing this project "Aakriti Miro", otherwise you will be regretted later based on the present situation at this project.


People think of this Nallagandla location, and choose this builder (Aakriti Constructions and Developers Private Limited aka Aakriti housing), but they don't see the issues they gave later with this builder. So please choose the right location but also right builder before you decide to have your dream home to become your sweat home otherwise it's upto you.


So new customers be aware of this. Please do not go just by their words, instead know the ground reality of this builder history and decide.


Higher Management (General Manger, Vice President, etc... ) of this builder are also not responsive when their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team (who takes care of post sales of flats till handovering of the flats) is not handovering the flats based on the promised flat delivery date.


There is so much delay in giving the possession of the flats to the existing customers. When a new customer comes for the flat purchase at this builder, they give false delivery dates.


There are many builders in this locality already started giving their flats to their customers, some customers started staying in their flats also.


They communicate to customers that they will handover the flats by so and so date. But they can not make it on their promised dates. They keep extending the dates. Even after many yearsof launch of the project (evevn after second wave of Covid-19), they published their timelines to handover Block A flats to their A block customers, but still they couldn't be on their words.


Their quality check is worst ever I saw in my life in comparison to small builders. I mean that the small builders who build standalone buildings maintain better quality.


The Block 'A' is not handedover to their customers even after these many years of their Miro project launch and still they don't have timeslines of when exactly they can handover. If the situation of Block 'A' is like this, I can not imagine the remaining blocks 'B', 'C' and 'D' handover.


This builder ask the existing/new customers to refer any of the friends/relatives/... to this project, but how they can refer by seeing this long delay, and still there is no clear cut (actual) timelines of the project (or atleast the Block A out of ther Blocks B, C, and D).


When customers contact the builder on the possession dates, they say that we are working on it, but they cannot come back to the actual realistic timelines.


You can verify with any of the existing customers.


If my comment is not genuine, I can remove this comment immediately and refer many customers to this project.
