Worthless byke and complete waste of money. Review on Yo Speed

I am from Varanasi, and I wanted to purchase a gearless byke and during my market survey I visited Yo byke showroom and there I was briefed about the good qualities of e-byke and how it will pay back my money in three years,and I was fooled by the briefing of the dealer and I purchased Yo Speed on 7 Oct 2008, initially for one month the byke did well but after the first servicing the mileage which was supposed to be 60 Kms per charge went down to 25 Kms per charge, I went to dealer, he did something in the battery and said that average will improve, but the same problem persists, then I again went to the dealer, then after lot of argument the dealer changed the battery, again the battery lasted for 3 months and again the average went down to 20 Kms per charge, I again went to dealer, this time the behaviour of dealer was very rude, he asked me to talk to higher authorities for the problem, it is very shocking that in the day of quality servicing these kind of company still exixts who don't care about the customers and their only single aim is to sell product and don't care about the after sales services, nevertheless I talked to the higher authorities and they said that you will have to leave the byke for 15 to 20 days to the dealer and when the new batteries will come it will be replaced, I waited for 15 days the battery came it was changed but the behaviour of the dealer and the time taken to service was pathetic, again during the last week charger of the byke was dead and the motor went jam and again the dealers behaviour was rude, he asked me to talk to the company authorities to take service, again talked to the manager and he said it will take 15 to 20 days to replace, fed up by these problems I had recently purchase Hero Honda Pleasure, so on whole I had invested 82000/- on scooter in one year, if you want to buy a scooter please dont think of e-byke go for convetional petrol driven scooter because it will give you a proper service. OVERALL THE SERVICING OF YO BYKE IS PATHETIC, AND THE BYKE IS WORTHLESS.
