Once upon a time when I was 19 years old (that was about 20 years back) I got an RX 100. It was Blue one.Every body is writing about the pic up of the bike. You know what ? the real strength of the RX is its ability to pull in the third gear.  If you give  the throtle a full twist in the third gear, irespective of the speed you were in, you will be doing 80Kmph within no time and you shift to 4 and you are on the right side of 100.

One more fun is, you twist throtle to the full in 3rd and Release it around 60 or so, the bike will go on lurching forward inspite the closed throtle making you panic for a split second before cuting the fule suply will slow the engine. I rode the bike200000+KM without any trouble not even a clutch change.Only Maintanance was service done every 2000 KM at Prabath auto of Mangalore.Spares changed was Brake shoes and spark plug

I had the bike till 1996 then I got rid of it for RXG , But allas it fall far below  the RX standard. But then as the time passed relised that RXG is more practical bike with decent millage after all every body have to setledown rather than going on wild.
