Dear readers and friends,
The company Well Fargo India Solutions gives jobs to employee to manage their work for their bank in United States. I had a really bad and legally unacceptable experience with this company. I went for an interview to get a job in this company. I also got selected for the primary rounds and the officials showed some interest in me. During the last stage of interview when they were selecting their final employees, I got a call personally in the officials cabin and I was really happy and exited that there must be something special for me as I was called alone personally through a clerk.
On reaching their, they offered me the job and let me get exited over there. They asked me how was I feeling after getting this job. They let me speak for about 5 minutes and after that, they showed me their real deal. They just stopped me from talking and said that I have to pay them 75k INR to stay in the company or else I will be out. They were just forcing me to fall in their trap explaining how much can I get back for working in this company.
I took My time and I finally refused for the offer. I know that it was illegal and I have heard a lot about private companies that they are not actually profitable.
I will not recommend anyone of you to try this company. If you find such company please tell about this to the police and not just sit back from it(like what I did).
