I have complaint several times ...Tried calling and contacting Area Sales and service Manager Ms Soni...spoke to many in escalation team , wasim Akram, Leslin and Subash...Entire TEAM IS PATHETIC...I bought Voltas with teh impression that they have good Customer service.
It has been 6 days that I made a complaint and still waiting for a RESOLUTION ...which I am sure no body at VOLTAS even understand what it means...I am kept on long hold (45mts) every time...I call(have called over 20 times now)...They are thick skin ...be soft, sweet or even ABUSIVE...it s all the same for them...I think they are trained that way...No seniors available to handle complaints....escalations or resolve the concern....
I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE BUYING ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT EVER...
