In today's times when having a computer / laptop has become one of the most essential part of lives internet connectivity is obviously the next step any individaul would like to go for.


After having used the above mentioned service for around a year now, I thought I was ready to write the review for same.


Let me make my review aligned with primary points anybody according to me would look into any internet connectivity.


1.  Speed of ISP Connection :


The connection comes with HUWAIE dialer and as soon as it connects you would get a prompt ('connected with 200+ kbps) unfortunately it wont event connect with 12 kbsps speed.


The speed drops further when download starts, shockingly speed drops to 3 kbps as well a normal pdf download, audio download, drivers download, attachments etc, . are all affected by this speed.


Few things good about this, if you plan to surf static sites and use this connction only for basic surfing like checking your emails on go or yourr surfing for messenger chats and downloads are very rare, you may use this one.


Also if you travel a lot, having V Data Card will help you sinc it supports roaming and as per informaton I have (May be I am wrong) but there are no additinal roaming charges.


My rating for Speed of ISP Connection : 1 out of 5.




  1. Availability of ISP Connection :




The connection has a very good availabiliy though, I end up using the connection almost daily and connection has only once been down.


The connection was down due to server upgrade however the customer care on that day failed to give exact timings for how much time the connection was down or exact purpose of maintenance activity.


My rating for Availability : 4 out of 5.




  1. Service and Support :




I wanted to divide this on purchase and post purchase service and support activities.


A. On Purchase :


The marketing team is having 3 levels of communication levels, when the call is placed for demo of the service the agent's level of interest drops down immediately.  They are not enthusiastic enough to come and give the demo they are only interested if you are willing to pay and fill up needful forms.


The team noramlly will say if you pay cash the new connection will arrive right away, absolutely wrong they need to give the details to their office the receptionist woud enter the form details amount is processed and this happens at their own good will.


Once the kit comes, somebody has to come and install it the engineers who are hired I think are hired by DSA and hence very unprofessional team again.  Somehow tactfully if tackeled they would do the job.  I had to launch a complain however after having launched the complain the connection was done on same day at around 11 in night.  So I would say bad support from DSA but very good from customer service center. I would say DSA's performance is also company's liability....


B. Post Sales :


The customer care team works very efficiently if complaints are launched (Compalient number is given to Customer) .


I had called once to find out about very less speed and poor reception (signal) customer rep spoke well but nothing happened much.  The situation was very much like live with it.


My Rating for Service and Support : 2 out of 5.


Overall Rating for Product : 2.
