Sreeleathers a trusted name for shoes and leather accessories.

In India, if you looking for a budget yet lasting leather products like shoes, slippers, or formal belts.

One would love to give a glance in that store.

Due to a large variety of products and its range, they attract so many customers in their den.

Since customers are their Laxmi or the reason for them to grow over a period on such a scale like few others in this segment in terms of volume. I had expected care and consumer assistance to a customer one like me and when they come to buy goods from the store.

Recently I have visited a store near Esplanade to buy leather stuff like shoes and accessories for my family. and I was surprised by their misconduct to many other customers and not willing to assist at per choice and need. I felt really upset for their behaviour(who were the attendee or sales personnel who were supposed to serve the consumers).

They were not bothered to listen to unavailability, not eager to pass on a bigger size shoe which is not there in their show rack.

I didn't like the tone of their approach, and the way they were behaving with other nearby customers.

A constant battle for Commission sharing and fighting for who is making the sale(bidding the higher commission) was another thing which was seeming very ugly to customers(one like me). Often ignoring visitors interest.

This kind of mismanagement was a common site to me this time at puja shopping this year. at Sreeleathers, Esplanade, Kolkata.
