Bought this mobile in may 13 after shelling out a whooping 45000 rs .
but the service I m getting is below what I would have expected after buying a 1000 rs phone.
This phone is amazing no doubt everything is perfect now lets come to the bad part the servicing
the sony experia support people don't know much bout the phone if u ask them an over the line question they'll make u wait for 10 mins.
I mailed them once for which they said they call me in 48 hours but the call came after 4 days some days back I visited their service c in sec-7 Dwarka New Delhi had a pathetic experience there I mailed about this to the sony people they gave a ticket no. n that's it did nothing with the people working there I guess now again I faced an issue I mailed them they said they'll call me in 48 hours.
But this time they went a bit further called me after 2 weeks.!
When I asked the person calling me about this he said that hey I m sorry I mean do I like a fool to them. I'm facing a problem n u call me after 2 weeks n say sorrry

you know wat now I m sorry I wnt buy a sony ever ever again nowww

if u buy an iball mobile and put a question on their chat window an engineer will call u in maximum 30 mins.
videocon calls u in a maximum of 24 hours n sony 2 weekssss
secondly once I mailed them about the battery price they said we dont know ask the service c the service c said we dont know u submit ur fone then it will go to the company then we will tell u

nw u can c the level or standard of their service
these guys know nothing jst jst say submit ur fone the rest will be taken care by the company
