Solang valley, the beautiful scenic hill station of the Himalayas. Visited Manali and Solang
valley in the month of October. Just ahead of Manali. A 45 minutes car drive into the mountains lies Solang valley with its snow capped peaks.
It was cold and breezy. The cable car was in operations and the ride was awesome seeing the snow clad mountains.
The other activities are paragliding, horse riding, dirt bike riding. Tea stalls selling Maggie noodles seemed to be the hot favourite with the local tourist, there are hotels if one wants to stay in Solang, like Solang valley resort, Iceland hotel. Taj hotel
