I purchased this TV from this Above named outlet, Where I specifically told them Not TO GIVE ME the Display model to which they gave me a deaf ear & Sent a display Model.
They replaced the display model with another Display model saying it was new.
The guys who are selling items there are not knowledgeable at all. MANAGEMENT THERE DOES NOT CARE WHO IS SOLD WHAT ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.
IF any of you are considering buying any thing from this store I suggest Never to make the mistake I made. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE AS THEY WILL SELL YOU THEIR DISPLAY MODELS.
I CALLED SAMSUNG ALSO TO INFORM THEM about the sour Deal that I got THEY ALSO DID NOT RESPOND when I told them what had been done by the Dealer.
My suggestion to all buyers make sure you get a new item when you are paying money for it...Otherwise it is your own loss. Dont agree to take any Electronic item that has the seal broken.
As far as the above store is Concerned I would take them to consumer court but in India knowing how wonderfull our system is nothing will be done to the criminal instead the victim is branded as the criminal.
So all people make sure u get what u pay for.....Its your Hard earned Money
