I am from delhi, We used to go to haridwar on bike a lot. I have heard of sahastradhara a lot. So we decided to go there. The drive from haridwar to sahastradhara is very cool. Natural beauty is everywhere. You feel like you are flying on the bike in these conditions. Distance between haridwar to sahastradhara is approx 80-90 km. After reaching there it was like heaven in the foot of the mountains. There are numerous waterfalls, water park, cable trolley n lot of games and restaurants. water in sahastradhara is supposed to have herbal effetcs on the skin diseases. There are several number of ponds in which running water is filled and you can swim there and have a lot of fun there. There are number of games like shooting and many other games.
There is cable trolley with which u can go to the top of the hill and have a stay in the hotel. There are numerous things to do in sahastradhara.
Surely go there whenever you visit uttrakhand. you will not regret
