Reliance Auto Insurance. Review on Reliance General Insurance

Never buy a Reliance Auto insurance, they are worst insurance company ever you can deal. They tell the customer to buy the insurance from online. once the customer buys, they are hidden charges within the policy which makes the customer to pay a liability of Rs 15000/- damages and additional 1K which insurance company deducts. The surveyor agent of the company is so corrupt that they come to the showroom for checking the claim. they will not intimate the customer that there is a liability which he needs to bare of rs 15000/ and he just signs and goes, post that he will call the customer and say that my finance department has not approved as you have taken the policy which will not allow us to pay less than 15K. Customer is shocked and  vehicle is in showroom post repair and the insurance company do not pay money and showroom will not release until It is paid.

Customer care comes after 1week and tell the same story to you, by that time he would have paid and brought the car. This is kind of service the great reliance gives to Indian customer. This company made few family's bank corrupt due to there Petroleum business. The same company brought some of the family's into streets due to there telecom business.

This is one of worst companies ever to work or detail with anything. Never ever try reliance in your life. Most corrupt and insensible company ever you can deal.
