I had ordered some products online(prepaid)while receiving that product by courier boy, he told that his manager told him to collect 59 rupees from me. When I asked why so then he he showed the shipment and on there it was written collect 59 rupees from blue ball pen.
I asked as the order is prepaid and shipment charges also has been paid so I am not going to pay these 59 rupees.If I write here that return 1000 rupees to customer the whether you will give??.He returned back by saving that my manager will call...from then I am waiting for managers call!....
Beware people with family or you are ordering for someone else...these over nite courier can charge you money by just writing over product by pen!
