I am living in vadodara and in my city, there is OLA, TaxiForSure, Uber and Meru mainly. I had tried ola, taxiforsure and meru.
The ola cab service is good. booking cab from app is so easy. and they send you the driver's details too.The cab came on time. and the cab was too in great condition. looks like brand new. Driving was good and the driver was friendly.
The money deducted online from my balance.The only bad thing I found in ola is they have so less cabs as compared to meru or Uber. every time when I open ola cab, its rare that I get a cab near by. if it will be there, then it will be far.
I think ola has to increase there cabs in my city vadodara.And one thing more. ola doesnt provide free rides and coupons much. as you compare from meru and uber. Currently uber is providing? 300 free ride in vadodara.
Verdict- Good service. cab comes on time. good driver. but less cabs.
