I feel this review is:
I love cat eyes and so I love liquid liners ?? And this new baby from Maybelline is a decent product. It claims to be waterproof, sweatproof and smudgeproof. It lasts all day on my lids even without eye primer and does not smudge. But it is not completely waterproof. Sometimes the wing becomes flaky. It starts fading in the outer corner slightly if you wear it whole day.
