Truly appreciate the professional service provided by you. Leo Packing and shipping company has delivered correctly on their promise.I approached you guys on 02 may 2012, we decided for to package my
belongings on 2 May. Despite heavy booking and packed schedule, Leo Packing and shipping staff reached to my place in time. They worked very professionally, their staff was very cordial and friendly. They packed each and everything with expertise.They were good at handling my belongings as if its their own belonging. They have a nice process of making sure that everything is packed. Delhi NCR within time.
I am thankful that they also shifted and placed it to the first floor. The only thing I felt can be improved is the charges, I was not aware of the insurance charges I need to pay, however I consider it as communication gap between us. It will be great if they improve on it and start telling a estimated breakdown of services explicitly. In the entire experience, I liked Mr.Subhash Sharma and his team for their prompt promises and help. Based on my personal experience I will like to again take their services if such a need arise.
I wish them all the best, and many happy and satisfied customer. They are truly a beacon of honesty and prompt delivery in this time.
