My company opened a salary account for me with this bank last month. The account opening was a simple process. The executive took the photographs of PAN card and Aadhar card and of course and gave me a kit which included a checkbook with 5 leaves, a debit card, and the net banking pin. The procedure took place in my office premises and it lasted for a little less than 5 minutes. I did not have to submit any xerox copies or even my photograph.
I am being sent SMS and mails to email id for all the transactions ever-since my account was activated.
