ICICI bank is one of the leading bank in india.This bank has some nice features like online account form is available.So here is my review of bank:
ICICI bank some staff are not good of their post.Overall its good servicece though charges are relatively high.As the service is given and the timing from 8am to 8pm is not comparable to any one.And online pw retriwal is also awesome.I do banking with SBI, KARNATAKA BANK( loan section worked good for me), in HDFC some offers are really good but charges are high.
Customer care department was very polite and informative in solving my technical problems related to e-banking facilities. Even being a PSB, their readily available service was very acceptable.ICICI ATM are available in all metro city but not available in small town.This provides some really good offers on credit card.
If you want to open saving account in ICICI then you have to pay Rs-15000 as fixed deposit, so this bank is not affordable to everyone.
