Why I Purchased AC of Hitachi?
In mu home, we had an AC of Voltas Brand but for another room, we wanted to buy a new AC. After watching TV Advertisement of Hitachi, I brought the AC of this brand. I was expecting much more than my Voltas AC from this one, as I paid high as compare to that one.
About My Experience
It's functions are little tough, not that much user friendly as they should be. I can operate the AC easily but it's not that easy for my parents to use it. The remote which they have provided with the AC even looks boring. Even the AC has boring look, today the companies are launching ACs of modern catchy design. I ordered it online so didn't got that perfect idea about the looks.
Even the AC creates sound at the time of working, it takes long hours by this AC to cool the room, hence it increases my power bill as well.:(
The AC consumes high and didn't support voltage fluctuations. At the time of purchase, I compared this one with the ACs of Ogeneral, Videocon and Voltas but still brought it.
I am regretting my decision of buying it. I am trying to sell it on the other second hand products website,
