It is summer time and when you cannot use your AC simply because of not being able to get it serviced it is a major pain in the neck.
My complaints to the customer care of Hitachi were not yielding any results. I was looking for a solution when I came across Akosha and filed a complaint there. Within three days I had technicians coming to my home to service the AC. What a turn around! Five stars for Akosha and its services!
