Ok straight to the point! HDFC Bank Credit Card customer service is the best. Believe me when I say so because I already
own other bank cards, but if you compare the offers, they all are just nothing exciting in front of HDFC Bank Credit Cards. They keep coming up with innovative schemes like the current 5x reward point system which gives you 5 times the reward points for what it offered earlier. So for example if you make an online purchase of Rs.150 you get 10 points which I think is quite huge cause most of the loyalty programs don’t offer this much.
I came to know about this offer from one of my friends who spends huge money shopping online through his HDFC Bank Card. The best part about the offer is that since HDFC Bank has tied up with many partners like Makemytrip.com, irctc.co.in and Shoppers Stop(all 3 of which I use quite often) I can avail the bonus reward points on my partner offers as well.
Since its new years time, I can do a great amount of shopping online and also get my reward points redeemed for some splendid merchandises from HDFC Bank. I just wish they would extend the offer beyond 31st Jan. Now every time I come online my hand itches to make that purchase, and guess what I don’t hesitate anymore.
