Wow, Finally took the test drive for the fiesta
1.6S. Wanted to do that for a long time but the car would just not be available
for a TD, Looks like it has quite a demand. I was lucky to get the blue car for
the TD (wanted to see the car in blueJ). I was like WOW; the looks are killer man. I
would say, the fiesta 1.6s is quite a good car in its segment. The interiors of
the car are awesome. The interior creates quite a rich look than any other car
in this segment, but it could do much better. Did you know the stereo system of
the car is great for its class, like wow…? As for its comfort level one can
have a party in it… not kidding comparing it to other cars it has a cool bottle
storage system too. Also the DTE system is something new & to look forward
to. It is one of the best feature in the car; it’s so cool that you know how
much fuel is left in the tank and how much km one can drive. Leading to the
suspension of the car what can I say, its just awesome.This means smooth turns
even on Mumbai’s infamous moon-like roads. Maybe at first you might think that
all this jazz results in nothing & you may feel that there really is no
change in the suspension, but believe me, you’re in for a surprise when it comes
to roughing it out with this baby ;). Will not be able to comment on the
performance a lot though, just took a test driveJ Was a bit
disappointed about the rear seat, I would say that front seats height and
posture is very much comfortable than the rear seats, the neck needs support
too, the current headrest is a fixed type. Over all the car is good, but kind
of expensive too. The ex – showroom price is about 7.14 lac (Mumbai), the on
road price would be about 8.48 lac. (Mumbai). I hope this is useful to you guys
