I purchased a Motorola Washing machine from Flipkart as Motorola was a known brand and Flipkart claimed that the washing machine is MADE IN INDIA. After receiving the product I saw that it is actually a Chinese product. This is clear cheating by Flipkart. I would suggest not to go on the name of Motorola as these products are only made for and marketed by Flipkart under the brand name of Motorola. Motorola doesn’t even have support or warranty for these products and it all handled by Flipkart in-house warranty and support. There is no BEE rating as claimed by Motorola of having a 5-star rating.
If you have purchased it with an exchange, then you will never get back your old washing machine if you return this Chinese product.
Another thing I got to know is(informed by Flipkart agent on call), Flipkart will never post your negative review comments stating it's a violation of T&C.
