When I sat down to write a review on the topic"5 worst serials of the year", the most difficult task for me was to take the perfect decision.well, each tv channel is a tough competitor for this 'award'.i am dead sure that if the Oscar for the worst serial of the year had to be given to some serial then it would have been none other then "Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki"-the most controversial fact about this serial is that that no"ghar" has got a "kahaani" like the one , this serial shows.
All bahuranis keep on wandering in their own homes making stupid plans.the family always sits together in the drawing room.(i wonder....where the poor guests go!..or how do husbands get such a handsome salary so that in every episode their wives are wearing kanjiwaram and banarsi saris).The second nominee for the worst serial award is "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi".this one possess all the 'virtues' of the earlier described serial.Same drawing-room gatherings, entries in slow motions, extra-marital affairs, outdated earings, lots of mascara-coats and cheap brights lipstick-gloss! our third nominee is "India calling". Miss chandni Kapur ......
Gosh! she is a hopeless case with those patiala salwars and two locks of hair tht keep on hanging aroun her cheeks all the time.she is working in a call centre and still she doesn't feel uneasy to put on those headphones with such hair-style.the rest of the nominees include "Remix" on star one and "Pyar -Vyar and ...." on MtV.If the youngsters of India are watching such serials and getting inspired with them then all I can say is tht tht the future of such people is in utter darkness.
and guys pls dont think tht I watch these serials(tht wud b my worst nightmare!).whatev' I have written is purely coincidental of my channel-surfing habit
