This happens with almost all the companies. The writer must have had a bad experience with the organisation to write such a review. Though the review on HR and others seems to be fact, the real time scenario is that. this happens with almost all the companies in this field.
Let me ask the narrator few questions,
Has the narrator gave his best deliverance to his role to the company, in turn to expect the best from the company?
Will the narrator will be able to manage a similar company with 100% or at least 50-60% of Employees satisfaction? This can never happen at least fr this level companies. Employees have got hell a lot of expectations from the company and the point is that they don't look into their deliverance.
My point to all.
If your deliverance is good, any company would meet your expectations. If not you have so many companies in the market to switch. And even if that company did not meet your expectation in spite of good deliverance, then your expectation is very high and cannot be matched by anyone. Reduce your expectation. Your expectation should be in proportion to your work deliverance.
Be paid for what you work and not for your expectation.
No hard feelings:) and do not waste time.
Good luck
