Brought my Celerio in September 2015.
There is no Post-Sales support. The Sales executives are outright offensive once the vehicle has been sold.
My RC book has not been delivered for more than 2.5 months now and the sales team says that I need to go check with the RTO for this. This despite the fact that the sales team had assured me of seamless support for the RTO work during booking of the vehicle. The sales team had taken all my documents for RTO work and assured me of complete support.
Now they say this is my problem and I need to sort it out.
