I had purchased elica hob and chimney about an year back. The glass on the chimney light cracked one day and I had complained to elica. They visited my house after lot of followup and said that they will replace it in 15 days. It is over 3 months since then and they have not done anything. They have stopped responding to my emails and when I call they just give my false promises.


Worst Customer Support. Never Ever buy any Elica Product.
