Our good old Indian Post Speed Parcel Service is way ahead of what DTDC is now. Consignments move at a snails pace here. And then finally they are untraceable.
The customer service tells you clearly that they are the boss, so hear what they have to say and then keep the phone down. Tear your hair, grumble, do what ever you can to pacify yourself. As most of us do not hv time and patience to approach the consumer court.
Never ever DTDC.
