On 4-5-2014 I was contacted by Mr. Vijay through telephone saying, "You have won gift worth 30K rupees from total mall please come and collect it from eco-space."
Me and my wife were doubtful so asked where? Which prize? What for? and the answers were pretty misguiding. Never bothered to mention the real venue, never mentioned Country Club.
Even on asking directly whether you are calling from Country Club he rejected it outright. No its from Total Mall. If the club boasts to be great and reputed, why this cheap promotion tactics where hoax calls are made and we were kept in some mystery.
I felt terrible the whole day. Kindly reply back suitably. Is there no consumer forums where these grievances can be registered or shall it go UNCHECKED!
