Club Mahindra-- Perfect Scam. Review on Club Mahindra

Hi Everyone - I am writing to make people aware of the Perfect Scam being carried out at a LARGE SCALE by Club Mahindra. I got a Call and SMS from their marketing team entitling me to a 2 days 3 night free stay at their shortlisted resorts - and to collect that I had to visit their office in Ansal Plaza(South Delhi) - Once there I was given more than an Hour of Presenation on how to get a lifetime of Holidays at Discounted price and also that If I signed up right then and there I shall get Free Gifts of 1 Sony Handycam, 5000 Rupee Food Vouchers, 1 Week National Holiday at any Club Mahindra Resort and 1 Week International Holiday at RCI affiliated Resort. The sining up fee was Rs 38, 000/- as 15% of my Blue Studio Membership Plan.  After I paid up the Signing up fee I was sent the Detailed Terms and Conditions after almost a month - Thus the peiord of 10 days in which I had the right to clim my money back had already passed. Now comes the REAL HOLIDAYS Part - When I tried to get a Booking for my Free Gifted One week Holidays at Club Mahindra I got the news that Club Mahindra will not Book my Holiday as my EMIs are due -(2 EMIs) and in the due course of discussion my 3rd EMI also became due - by the time I went to their Green Park Branch to discuss this in detail already a month had passed without getting any booking. Club Mahindra executive says that the System has been Cahnged in March 2007 so as not to give any booking to any member whose EMI is due and now that my 3 EMIs are due Club Mahindra has the right to cancel my Membership(all these Facts were never even mentioned while I was signing up as a member) . Even RCI 1 Week holiday cannot be availed as Club Mhindra will cancel my membership and thus RCI will deny me the Holidays -  My Assertion to Club Mahindra was that if they are denying the Free GIFTED holidays then how can I Trust Club Mahindra for any other thing that they are promising - I even promised them to hand over a Post Dated Cheque for all the DUE EMIs BUT cashable only after the day I return back from their resort; because this is the only way to find out if Club Mahindra is worth the money I am paying them BUT since it was now time to STANDING UP TO THE TALL PROMISES MADE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC  Club Mahindra Could not possibly take the call and DENIED my proposal - Here goes my 38, 000 Less 15, 000(Sony Handycam market price) ie 23, 000 straight in the Massive Amount being Collected by Club Mahindra by Cheating many tousands of people like me by luring them in free gifts and not telling all the details and rules of being a member. They are the MOST PERFECT SCAM that anyone will ever fall into. My only OPTION is now to post as many reviews and my story for as many people to read and learn - and of course CONSUMER PROTECTION COURT - Which I am sure will be worth the effort. PLUS if possible get some MEDIA Light on this. Membershi Number: 280073.
