I travelled with my parents to Club Mahindra Varca, Goa from 6th July to 12th July. This was a much-needed vacation and the staff made sure that our stay was comfortable, relaxing and everything was up to the mark.
The resort is a beautiful well-maintained sprawling property with beautiful villas, lots of greenery and particularly coconut trees, two pools, a holistic spa, a quaint shop and lots of recreation activities. Though it was monsoon, we had a lot of fun at the resort and the beach! The best part is that the resort opens onto Varca beach, so you can go to the beach at any time. It’s a clean and private beach.
We dined at the Tamara restaurant at the resort during our stay and the food was absolutely delicious! We opted for the breakfast + lunch + dinner package on all days, which also included high tea. We were spoilt for choice thanks to an amazing spread prepared by a team of chefs. A live counter, yummy local food and excellent service made our meals a memorable experience.
Special thanks to Neeraj, Zubair, Prasanta and Ravi for running around 24x7 making sure that everyone’s meals were uninterrupted and taking care of our needs. Service with a smile is their motto and they were really warm and helpful. Chef Ananata Rana personally made sure that we had everything we needed.
A big shoutout to the housekeeping staff for ensuring that our rooms were sparkling clean and tidy everyday, and special thanks to Noor for the beautiful towel art, especially the peacock and lotus designs, which added that special touch to an already awesome stay.
A very warm thank you to the watchman at the footbridge joining the beach, noting down our names and in/out times to ensure our safety!
The Svaastha spa has great, relaxing treatments and experienced staff. I’d recommend their signature spa treatment and the shirodhara treatment.
Club Mahindra Resort Varca gets a five-star rating from me, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
