It is advised by one of the advocate that if co. Is returning the amt we should accept the proposal otherwise there will be total chaos. Everybody filing case will just delay the repayment.
It is not clear abt the further cource of action fr co, which has reiterated on the websiite tht our money is safe.Wht about the bounced chqs?
It was advised by co's officials tht the bounced cheques will be re-issued . The advise seems to be false. It is not clear tht if the company was aware about the financial crunch why they went on accepting the deposits promising the same returns till 5th of august 09? The heintentions seems to be malafied. The deposit s would hv been 4tmes in 5 yrs? Why false promises?
