I visited the mumbai nariman pt. office on 7 th, there was huge crowd near the bldg. I personally met Mrs geeta and the co. accountant and they both assured that things will be alright by 25th. The actual relief date would be 10th-15th but as a precaution they are giving 25th date.
The FEMA(Foreign Exchange Management Act) case is regarding some import /export business which the co. runs and it does not have anything to do with investors. The court has given permission to continue the business but decision regarding FEMA will be given on 9th.
I spoke to some IT officers today and they said that in such cases FEMA will levy some fine on the co but FEMA cant sieze any co. property/accounts. So just pray that tomorrow all shall be fine... and may GOD give good brain to the JUDGE so that he will think from investors point of view..
HOPE we all rejoice tomorrow. I request you all not to panic ... as these many days have passed we can wait for more 10 days till 25th...Please be calm and do not indulge into any legal matters as this will make things more complicated.HOPE FOR THE BEST...
