A breach of Agreement between the investors and the Company and I feel the Directors seated in the various company offices were equally liable in duping investors of their hard earned money. The Directors of the various City Limo offices are liable under the Negotiable Instruments Act 138 and 136 to the City Limo investors whose cheques bounced.
They were paid commissions by City Realcom to dupe investors of their money.
