This is the best Ching's secret product I have used till date, Every Time I make Paneer Chilli using this masala that though has an MRP of Rs 30 sells at just INR 19 at D'mart near my home, results in an amazing indo-chinese cuisine.
The preparation is listed on the box.
Heat 1.5 table spoon of oil and stir fry 150 gms paneer cubes+ 100 gms diced veggies including capsicum+ onions+carrots and green chilles .
Add 2.5 teaspoon(17 gms) masala to 250ml water and stir well, add the same to the veggies which have been stir fried for 2-3 minutes already . Boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes or if wish to have a thicker gravy, prolong for 3-4 minutes .
In about 5 minutes you should be over and ready to relish, piping hot, extra-ordinary indo chinese cuisine .
There is no need to add garlic as its abundantly present in the Miracle masala Itself, which also has, corn flour, salt, mixed spices- garlic, onion, ginger, cumin, coriander, sugar, caramel, soy sauce powder, tomato powder, sunflower oil, paprika and more.

The package has a net weight of 50 gms anc can be used 3 times(17 gms x 3).
In the past I have used a lot of chings secret products, but this one has one is truly special .
If you like noodles than you might also relish the extra spicy noodles from the same manufacturer.
